Whether you’re new to AI or seasoned, this session will provide a practical understanding of how to initiate conversations with leaders about “we are here, and we want to get to there.” After an overview to establish a common language and a live survey to gauge attendees’ AI stages, our experts will detail three powerful frameworks for AI integration. This session will feature a moderated dialogue to share stories and tips among peers. In addition, participants that ask questions will receive a copy of the book “Walking the Talk: Building a Culture for Success.”
