Conference Registration Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing and sent to Suzi Madonia at suzi@frontlineco.com. Written cancellation notices received on or before June 30, 2025 will receive a full refund less a $50 administrative fee (substitutions are encouraged and will not incur an administrative fee). Cancellations received beginning July 1, 2025 are not eligible for a refund, but a substitution is permitted through July 14, 2025.​​​​​​​​​
Continuing Education Credits


This program has been pre-approved for 5.25 credit hours toward aPHR®, aPHRi™, PHR®, PHRca®, SPHR®, GPHR®, PHRi™ and SPHRi™ recertification through HR Certification Institute® (HRCI®).
